Random person crashed their car into my house causing significant damage to my house and tore down the fence to my back yard. I had no idea what I was going to do. After speaking with Brittany and informing her of my situation, she assured me that her company can handle all of the work and deal with the insurance company. The very next day they had someone come out and remove the broken pieces from my house and patched up the holes. That way I wouldn't have to worry about the weather or animals making their way into my house. That gave me piece of mind & showed me they cared about my situation. They kept me up to date when work was being done. The work was done quickly and professionally. I had my house back to normal in under three months. The only delay was because of insurance, or it would have been finished sooner than that!! From the very first interaction I had, until they very end Kinsman Construction took care of me. If you need any construction projects or home repairs I highly recommend using these guys! 10/10

Kinsman Constructin did a fantrastic job GCing our Paired Homes in Golden They followed the budget and time table, juggling the hard to find sub contractors and keeping them on task and on time. Knsman's systems for tracking the project and costs were easy to follow and very accurate. It took just over a year from ground breaking to completion. After the project was completed, Kinsman followed up with the new owners, responding quickly to some of the small details that needed to be addressed.

Kinsman Construction removed and replaced the entire west side of our home when it was discovered the original builder cut corners and performed substandard work causing severe leaking in our living room, kitchen and dining room. This was a massive job and James and his crew were professional, polite and did excellent work at all stages of the process. We are so very pleased with the results.

Met with James Kinsman about a project I wanted done in my kitchen. He was very honest with me and told me the good and bad parts and why it might be better not to do the project. This lost him business but again kept him as someone we trust forever. We appreciate his honesty.

Great Work and professional
Great Job ! James remodeled my older 3 bedroom condo, there were some surprises along the way. James was very good explaining and taking care of the issues. The condo looks new again.

James Kinsman has been very helpful in helping us plan for our new home in Golden, and managed some significant improvements to our half mile long driveway on our home-site in preparation for construction some time in the (hopefully) near future.
